Generally speaking, yes. The consultation is very important in diagnosing ones condition and in determining the appropriate medical procedure to apply. You should always insist that your practitioner properly consults with you prior to any treatment, not only veinwave. Beware that in many cosmetic clinics, salon personnel or sales people will talk to you in the first instance – this is NOT a medical consultation, but more likely to be a sales pitch. There are often contra-indications with regard to most treatments hence a full assessment should be conducted prior to treatment.
